How to access phpMyAdmin
HostKnox customers can access phpMyAdmin from the Databases section of the Pixie control panel. After you log into the control panel, go to the Databases section and in the black area on the right you'll see a link phpMyAdmin. Clicking on it will redirect you to phpMyAdmin without the need to provide the login credentials.
Another way to access phpMyAdmin is by using its URL address. It consists of the URL of the HostKnox server on which your hosting account is kept and the path /phpMyAdmin added to the server URL. For example, if your account is on d.hostknox.com, then you can access phpMyAdmin by opening the address d.hostknox.com/phpMyAdmin with your web-browser. This will open the login page of phpMyAdmin. You have to use the username and password of the master database user to log in. You can set/change the password of the master user from the Databases section of the Pixie control panel. There's a link Master Useraname in the black area on the right. Click on it and on the following page you'll see the fields for changing the password. There you'll also see the master username; it cannot be changed.
When you log out of phpMyAdmin you're automatically redirected to the Pixie control panel.
