How to view, pay, manage your HostKnox invoices and renew hosting accounts

You can view, pay and manage your invoices from the section My Invoices of the HostKnox Client Area. When you order a new hosting account or product addon the invoice for it will be stored in the that section. You'll also receive an invoice email that will contain a link to the invoice in the section My Invoices. The invoice itself will contain a button for paying the sum for the account/product.

To access the section My Invoices, log into the Client Area and click on the button My Invoices that's in the top blue menu. On the following page you'll see displayed a table with all the invoices (paid, unpaid and canceled). To view an invoice either click on the button View Invoice for the particular invoice or its number (the first column in the table). A new page with the invoice will open; if the invoice is unpaid, there will be a button to pay it.

From the section My Invoices you can also renew your hosting account(s). When an account that you own is near its expiration date an invoice will be generated. You'll also receive a notification email with a link to the invoice. You can renew the account by opening the invoice and clicking on the payment link.

The HostKnox Client Area also has a section that stores the emails sent from HostKnox to your email address (that's the email address in the section My Details). To access it click on the button My Emails that's in the top blue menu of the Client Area. On the page that is displayed you'll see a table with the emails. To view an email click on its subject.
