How to set Go FTP to connect to your hosting account
GoFTP is an FTP client (also supports FTPS, SFTP) which runs on Windows. It has a free and a paid version.
You can download and read more about it from the official site.
After you download and install GoFTP on your computer, if you haven't done this so far, create an FTP user from the FTP Usernames section of the Pixie control panel.
Then you can start GoFTP, the Connection Manager opens automatically. Click on New Site and type a name for your new account (any name), then in the Host field enter your domain name, in the fields for User name and Password type the name and password for the FTP user. The Connection Manager will check the information and if it is valid at the bottom of the window you'll see a message on green background Data Transfer Test Passed.
Next, just click on OK and you should be connected to your account.
