How to manage your PrestaShop orders
To manage orders, log in to the backend of your PrestaShop store and click on the Orders tab. On the page that opens you'll see a table with the orders. If you haven't done any testing yourself, there should be at least one example order that comes prepackaged with the full PrestaShop installation mode. To view the order details just click on the order.
On the page that opens you'll see different sections with information about the order: customer information, shipping address, shipping information, invoice address, order details, details about the ordered product(s), messages from the customer (if any). From this page you can also perform a few tasks. You can change the order status. Just find the status drop-down menu at the top of the page, select the desired status and click on the Change button that's next to the drop-down menu. Changing the status will help you trace the completion of the order process. For example, after you receive the payment for an order, you should check the shipping address that's listed in the Shipping address section on this very same page, and then send the product(s). Once the order is shipped change the order status to Shipped.
As we mentioned, on this page you can also read the messages sent by the customer from the frontend of the store. To answer a message click on the link in the section New message.
