How to enable SSL in Joomla

You can enable SSL for your Joomla site from the Joomla administration panel > Global Configuration > Server tab > Force SSL.

Here you have two options to enable SSL:

  • Administrator Only - this will enable SSL only for your Joomla administration panel
  • Entire Site - this will enable SSL for your entire Joomla

Once you select one of the options, click Save at the top right corner of the page to save the change and enable SSL for your Joomla.
